The Mobile Exhibition "Bulgarian Monuments under the Protection of UNESCO" is a Guest at the Regional Historical Museum - Shumen
The State Institute for Culture under the Minister of Foreign Affairs is visiting the Regional Historical Museum - Shumen with a mobile exhibition "Bulgarian Monuments under the Protection of UNESCO". It presents the uniqueness and beauty of the Bulgarian sites included in the list of world cultural and natural heritage. It is dedicated to two anniversaries - 65 years of Bulgarian membership in the organization and 75 years since its founding.
Professional art photographs and trilingual texts reveal seven sites of Bulgarian cultural heritage - Madara Horseman, Sveshtari and Kazanlak tombs, Ivanovo rock monasteries, Boyana Church, Rila Monastery and the Old Town of Nessebar, two sites of natural heritage - Nature Reserve and National Reserve Pirin Park and a serial site - "Old and ancient beech forests of the Carpathians and other regions of Europe", represented by the reserves in the Central Balkan National Park.
The Regional History Museum - Shumen gives its youngest visitors the opportunity to "arrange" some of these objects on specially made magnetic puzzles.
The exhibition can be viewed from April 1 until the end of the month.
