Exceptional success for Bulgarian rock band Tube Hedzzz in South Korea

Bulgarian rock band Tube Hedzzz was extremely successful during its tour of South Korea.

Musicians Angel Dyulgerov (solo guitar and vocal), Veselin Veselinov-Eco (bass guitar) and Rossen Vatev (percussion instruments) impressed the Korean audience with their presentation as a leading group at the Cheonggyecheon International Pop and Rock Festival in central Seoul in October as well as special guests at the Pyeongtaek Lake Festival in Pongkot on October 1 and the Temple Festival on Jeju Island on October 6.

The group's concert in Pyongkout was opened with welcoming speeches by Mayor Mr.Kong Jae-kwang and Ambassador Peter Andonov. Representatives of the Bulgarian community in Seoul attended the Tube Hedzzz show on October 2 in Seoul.

During their stay in the Republic of Korea, the musicians gave an interview to KBS World Radio, which will be broadcast on October 15. The prestigious South Korean English-language daily The Korea Herald published on October 10 an article titled "Bulgarian Rock'n'roll Group Makes a Splash in Korea".

Tube Hedzzz was in South Korea at the invitation of the Korean Foundation and on the initiative and with the support of the Bulgarian Embassy in Seoul. Their tour is part of the embassy in Seoul's efforts to present Bulgarian pop and rock music in South Korea.

The three musicians are known to the Bulgarian audience by their participation in the group of Lili Ivanova and in a number of successful pop, rock and jazz projects such as Free Style, JP3 (Veselin Veselinov-Eco) and Jeremy? (Rosen Vatev). Hedzzz's first album "Back to the Bluezzz" came out in March 2013 and their second album is expected to be on the market by the end of this year.
