POLICY FOR PROCESSING AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA IN THE ACTIVITIES OF
 THE INSTITUTE, THE “MISSION” GALLERY AND THE PUBLIC RELATIONS OF THE STATE INSTITUTE FOR CULTURE AT THE MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS

The State Institute for Culture conducts all joint projects with partners, the work of our gallery, and our public relations taking all measures for protection of personal data of individuals in accordance with the requirements and rules of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and concerning the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (GDPR), which applies from 25.05.2018.
In expression of our commitment to ensure the highest level of protection your personal data in connection with the use of our gallery, as well as to we provide you with access to information, the State Institute for Culture is draw up internal rules and strictly follow the control procedures and security in the processing of your personal data when necessary for the specified activities.
 The State Institute for Culture is obliged to process personal data in connection with your names and contact details - for example, phone number, e-mail address.  Based on this data, we can guarantee the exercise of yours rights and providing access to information and projects related to the Gallery and other joint activities.
To provide our gallery for organizing your exhibitions or other events, we collect additional personal information about your personalization as party to the contract - for example PIN, position, if you represent a legal entity, bank account, signature. This policy will give a comprehensive view of your rights in relation to the specified activities regarding the protection of personal data during collection, use, storage, archiving and deletion, indicating the purposes for which we need your personal and the terms in which we will store them.
