"This is an exhibition that illustrates how art can be the real answer to the role of tolerance and freedom of expression in the creative spirit. The diversity of the exhibition shows the talent of young artists from the Balkan countries and the desire to share. We believe that the exhibition "Shared Art in the Balkans - Traditions and Contemporary" will visit other stages abroad to share art in the Balkans together.

Dr. Mila Stareishinska-Angelova, expert from the National Donation Fund "13th Century Bulgaria" and art critic welcomed the guests and noted: "The International Youth Art Festival" River of Tolerance" is held for the 4th time and we are very happy that its results today are in this exhibition in front of you and show how the topic of tolerance unites artists and provokes them to share their talent. Thank you for the excellent partnership with the State Institute for Culture and we hope that more audiences abroad and with your assistance will enjoy the exhibition."

A special congratulatory address was sent on behalf of Vice President Iliana Yotova during the event. Among the guests at the event were Deputy Minister of Culture Vessela Kondakova, Adviser to the Minister of Foreign Affairs Tatiana Kazandjieva, Director of the Diplomatic Institute Tanya Mihailova, diplomats, directors of cultural institutions, professors and students from the National Academy of Arts.
