Opening of the exhibition “...And Back from the Baltic to the Balkans” - an exhibition, presented by FinArt
On 25 November 2010, the Sophia Gallery with the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in London hosted the exhibition “…And Back from the Baltic to the Balkans”.
Janusz Finder from FinArt, London, was the exhibition’s curator. This is his second successful project presented at the Sophia Gallery, following the exhibition “From the Balkans to the Baltic”.
Artists Valeriya Nyamtsova-Georgieva, Anna Adamkiewicz, Nina Krylova and Tolleck Winner recreate the spirit of the region in an original way. The Bulgarian artist Valeriya Georgieva participates in the exhibition with works based on motifs from the Bulgarian folk traditions.
Representatives of the cultural and academic circles, connoisseurs of the fine arts, and friends of Bulgaria attended the opening.
The exhibition will be open for visits until 10 December 2010, at the Sophia Gallery with the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in London.
