MOBILE EXHIBITION WITH POSTERS ON THE THEME "COEXISTENCE" VISITS A NEW BULGARIAN UNIVERSITY

On March 6, a mobile exhibition with posters on the theme "Coexistence" was opened in the space in front of the hall of the New Bulgarian University, the event being one of many planned by the University on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the signing of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The exhibition of Bulgarian and foreign posters under the title "Coexistence" is part of the traveling expositions of the State Cultural Institute under the Minister of Foreign Affairs, realized by the International Triennial of the Stage Poster.

On the initiative of the "Political Sciences" and "Fine Arts" department, the exhibition is open until March 20.

The official welcomers were Assoc. Dr. Evelina Staykova, head of the Department of Political Sciences, Assoc. Dr. Kalina Hristova, head of the Department of Fine Arts, Prof. Bozhidar Ionov, chairman of the International Triennial of the Stage Poster in Sofia and Snezhana Joveva-Dimitrova, director of the State Cultural Institute under the Minister of Foreign Affairs, who emphasized the strong and current messages of the posters, presented a bilingual catalog for the library and expressed satisfaction for the excellent partnership with the university - this is the third exhibition visiting in the last two years.

Prof. Bozhidar Ionov expressed his satisfaction and expressed his gratitude to DKI and New Bulgarian University for the opportunity to present the collection of posters to the students.

Coexistence - without violence, without hate speech, without encroachment on human dignity is also the theme of the posters, awarded with international awards and specially selected by the fund of the International Triennial of the Stage Poster - Sofia.

The exhibition is a creative reaction of iconic names in the poster against aggression, anti-Semitism and against a number of prejudices accumulated over the years. These are posters that convincingly promote the idea of tolerance, coexistence, respect for human rights, responsibility towards the world and the environment.
