Opening of the STREICH exhibition of the Bulgarian sculptor Todor Todorov in Brussels

On the occasion of the National Day of the Republic of Bulgaria March 3, the STREICH exhibition of the prominent Bulgarian sculptor Todor Todorov will be inaugurated at the Brigit Art Gallery in Brussels, Belgium.
Todor Todorov is known for his monumental works of art in parks and urban environments, as well as for exhibitions of easel sculpture at home and abroad. He creates kinetic works, water-powered sculptures and series of sundials. There are several joint projects with sculptors from around the world – Bulgaria, Japan, Austria, China, United Arab Emirates, Portugal, France, Taiwan, Turkey, Australia, South Africa, United Kingdom, Hungary, and Italy. The sculptor has numerous awards, solo and group exhibitions, symposia in the country and abroad. His works are owned by private collections, museums, and major global companies.
The exhibition is part of the STREICH project, which includes two separate exhibitions in the Belgian capital and a screening of a documentary film about the sculptor Todor Todorov. It is developed at the initiative of the Bulgarian Embassy in Brussels and the Amateras Foundation, together with Belgian partners, and with the kind support of the National Culture Fund and the State Institute for Culture under the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
