The Ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria to China presented the Photo Exhibition
On May 6-7th 2021 the Ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria to China, H.E. Mr. Grigor Porozhanov, was guest of honor at the Rose Festival in Jinan city, Shandong Province. During the festival, Ambassador Porozhanov presented the Photo Exhibition "Fragrances from Bulgaria" of the State Institute of Culture under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bulgaria. The Ambassador also inaugurated a Bulgarian Kazanlak Garden in the Pingyin county of Jinan city. He also participated as a key guest in the Opening ceremony of the 3rd edition of the International Rose Products Expo where he made a Welcome speech. The Embassy facilitated the participation of Bulgarian companies for rose products in the expo.
During the Rose Festival in Jinan City, Ambassador Porozhanov held talks with the Party Secretary of Jinan Municipality, with the Mayor of Jinan City, with the Director of the Jinan Municipality FAO, as well as with the leadership of Pingyin County. The Ambassador discussed with the Chinese hosts the possibilities for further development of Bulgaria's cultural ties with the city of Jinan, as well as the improvement of trade and cooperation in the field of rose production and rose products.
Since May 14, the photo exhibition "Fragrances from Bulgaria", curated by the State Institute of Culture under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bulgaria, is now available online on the website of the Jinan Municipality International Relations Office, as well as on their official Facebook and Twitter.
